Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - We have 3 recording security cameras one at the back of the villa, one outside in the frontroad side, one to the side corner facing front door/wall.

 There is no lifeguard at the pool. - Use the pool responsibly - If you have kids make sure your party / family is responsible at all times around pool area ,

Any damages or breakages to items in and around the villa will be charged for.

Please leave our home in the lovely clean way you found it in!

Tulum is about the jungle, even though we clean the property impeccably you may find some bugs from time to time!
