Cleaning
We have a 12 step cleaning process for carpets and the most efficient and healthy way to clean mattresses.
1. Pre-Inspection
Our experienced technician will do a walk-through of the area to inspect the carpet and identify any potential permanent stains. You will have an evaluation of the results you can expect and he can answer any questions you may have. If you are cleaning a mattress most of the same steps will also apply.

2. Furniture Moving
Our pricing includes moving light furniture however moving heavy beds, dressers, etc might have an extra fee.

3. Pre-Vacuum
The technician will remove any dry soil with our top of the line vacuum that has a certified HEPA filter.

4. Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to break down heavy traffic areas to ensure a more thorough cleaning.

5. Pre-Spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special agents to increase the chance of removal.

6. Pre-Grooming
A professional grooming tool known as a rotary brush is used to loosen any soil in the carpet.

7. Soil Extraction & Rinse
The carpet is then rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving behind a sticky residue.

8. Neutralizer
Every carpet we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind.

9. Difficult Spots
Any spots still remaining will get an extra treatment.

10. Post Groom
The carpet is then groomed with a tool so that the carpet dries in the proper position and this helps it dry faster.

11. Speed Dry
We use high velocity air movers immediately after cleaning so that the carpet or mattress dries fast and prevents any humid odors.

12. Post Clean Inspection
Our technician will walk through with you to point out the results and make sure that you are thrilled with his work!
