1. Eligibility

You must be at least 25 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By booking a van, you confirm that you meet these requirements and hold a valid driver’s license.
 

2. Booking & Payment

• All reservations must be made through our website, by phone, or by email.

• A deposit or partial payment may be required to secure a booking.

• Full payment is due by the time of pick-up unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Payment can be made via the accepted methods listed on our site.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment, incomplete information, or violations of our rental policies.
 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or 50% of the rental fee.

• Refunds are issued based on our current cancellation policy at the time of booking.
   

4. Vehicle Use & Responsibilities

By renting a van from SprinterVans2u, you agree to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly.

• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.

• Refrain from smoking, transporting illegal substances, or allowing unauthorized drivers.

• Return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, barring normal wear and tear.

Damage or excessive cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.
 

5. Insurance & Liability

• Renters are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage, either through their personal policy or an option provided by SprinterVans2u (if applicable).

• SprinterVans2u is not liable for accidents, personal injury, loss of property, or third-party damages during the rental period unless caused by our negligence.
   

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services or any part of the website at any time, without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuances.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of SprinterVans2u or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprinterVans2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
